How to Check Users’ Data from Previous Dates Captured data in the Computer Activity module is set to the current date by default. To check users’ data information from previous dates, you can use the Date Picker at the left panel of the Application Dashboard. The Date Picker consists of the following:
  • Date Picker Button - Displays the month, day, and year.
  • Navigation Buttons - Helps you navigate through the dates.
  • Calendar - Opens when the Date Picker button is clicked. It displays a monthly calendar. 
How to Use the Navigation Buttons
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous date.
  • Click the right arrow to go to the next date. 
How to Use the Calendar
  • Click the Date Picker button to open the calendar.
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous month or click the right arrow to go to the next month.
  • Select a blue colored date.
Note that in the calendar, dates in blue color are clickable. Dates without stored data are displayed in black. Once a date is selected, the dashboard will update the data displayed in the Application Usage, Application Timeline, and Keystrokes Timeline. The Date Picker can be used both in the Application Mode and User Mode. Application Mode is the treemap displaying app or website in the tiles. This is the default view of the Computer Activity dashboard. The User Mode displays the users who used the app in the treemap tiles.  Using the Date Picker with other Filters The Date Picker can work along with the following filters:
  • Search bar - Use this to display a specific user’s data.
  • Resize Tools - Use this to adjust the height or width of the treemap and graphs.
  • Team Filter - Use this to display the group or team’s data.
  • Application Filter - Use this filter to show a particular application or website.
