Computer Activity In Computer Activity, captured data is mapped in a way that lets you view activities by team or by individual users. The captured application screenshots and keystrokes give you insights into how tasks and assignments are performed, and how time is used. Computer Activity is designed so managers and account owners can view the captured data of all users as a whole or individually. Computer Activity is comprised of three main sections:  Application Usage The Application Usage is composed a heat map and treemap. The treemap displays the summary of all apps and websites that your team members interacted with. Each tile shows the app or site name, how long and frequent users have interacted with it, and the number of users that visited or used it. Read the guide on Application Usage Visualization. Application Timeline  The Application Timeline provides a graphical illustration of the start and end of application usage for the whole day. It is depicted as a bar graph that includes all apps and sites that the users have interacted with. Each bar is displayed in a variety of colors for easy viewing and identification. Learn more in the Application Timeline Guide. Keystrokes Timeline The Keystrokes timeline gives the user a visual representation of all the users' progress in terms of keyboard usage. The bar graph presents the hourly keystrokes count for all logged-in users. Each user has a specific color that shows how much keystroke data has been captured. Check out our Keystrokes Timeline Guide. User Search The search function helps you find a specific user by entering the name and pulling up the searched user’s data on the dashboard. Know more about searching for a specific user in the Computer Activity dashboard. Online Users list This feature is on the lower left side of the dashboard and displays the desktop app logged-in users. The list also shows each user’s avatar, status icon, monitoring status, and the last app or website opened. If the user is online, the status icon shows as a green dot. The icon will turn gray if the user is offline or has logged out of the app. The icons also indicate each user’s status, such as monitored, confidential, or incognito. Read more about Monitored, Confidential, and Incognito monitoring statuses on the Cloudica™ desktop app. Filters The Computer Activity module has filters you can use to navigate efficiently through the section. These filters are on the left panel of the dashboard.
  • Date Picker Lets you view users’ activities from previous dates.
  • Resize Tools Lets you change the width and height of the graphs displayed by sliding left or right.
  • Team Filter This function allows you to view the data by team.
