How to Use the Application Timeline in Cloudica™
The Computer ActivityApplication Timeline is a handy visual tool that shows what apps and websites your team members have used — and when. It’s designed to help you track activity hour by hour, using colorful bars that make it easy to understand who used what, for how long, and at what time.
What You'll See in the Application Timeline
Here’s a quick look at the main parts of the Application Timeline:
Timeline Bar A 24-hour view showing activity in hourly intervals.
UsernamesDisplays each team member who's been active.
Application BarsColor-coded horizontal bars showing which apps or websites were used, and when.
Each bar represents a period of time when the user interacted with a specific app or site. The color makes it easy to tell them apart at a glance.

The Application Usage treemap (shown above the timeline) acts like a live legend and guide. Here's how it helps:
Color Matching – Hover over an app in the timeline and the matching tile in the treemap will change color to help you locate it.
Highlighting – Hover over a bar in the timeline and the same app gets highlighted in the treemap.
Quick Info – The treemap displays app details such as total time spent, number of users, and how often it was opened.
Sticky Treemap – When you scroll through a long list of users, the treemap stays at the top, so you always have a reference guide nearby.
