User Management
The User Management module gives Owners and Managers a centralized space to manage users in your organization. From inviting employees to assigning roles and teams, this module enables seamless control of user information and relationships within your Cloudica™ account.
Note: Only Owners and Managers can access this feature. Remote Users do not have access.
Accessing the User Management Module
To access the User Management module, do the following:
- Click your avatar on the top-right of the dashboard.
- From the menu, select Manage Users.
You’ll now see:
- A left panel with filters and functions
- A User Data container displaying user cards
User Data Overview
Each user card displays key information:
- Snapshot Profile image captured via the Desktop App
- User’s name Full name or username of the user
- Email address Email registered in their Cloudica™ account
- Role Role within the organization: Remote User or Manager
Clicking on a user opens the User Drawer.
User Drawer: Detailed Information
The User Drawer is where you can view and manage specific user details.
- User’s Name Editable field for the user’s full name
- Email User’s registered email (non-editable)
- Role Click to update the user’s role
- Expand button Opens the drawer to full view
- X button Closes the drawer
- Managers Lists the Manager(s) assigned to the user
- Managed Users Displays users under your account (visible in your own drawer)
- Teams you set up Teams you've assigned the user to
- Other Teams Teams assigned by other Managers

Inviting New Users
Owners and Managers can invite new Remote Users to the organization.
To invite:
- Click the Invite button on the left panel.
- You’ll be redirected to the Invitation Form, where you can:

Org Chart
The Organizational Chart visually maps your company’s hierarchy within Cloudica™.
- View reporting lines and team assignments
- Understand communication and organizational structure

Network Diagram
The Network provides a visual representation of how:
- are interconnected in your organization.
This helps in understanding team distribution and oversight.

User Search
Find a specific user quickly:
- Use the Search Bar at the top of the User Management dashboard.
- Type the user’s name.
- Matching users will appear—click one to open their User Drawer.
Also filters the Online Users List in real-time.
Online Users List
Found at the bottom left of the dashboard.
- Green Dot
User is online
- Gray Dot
User is offline or logged out
Also displays:
- Avatar
- Monitoring Status (Monitored, Confidential, Incognito)
- Last opened app/website
Filters and Tools
Located in the left panel, filters help you manage and navigate user data.
- Sorter Tool Sorts users by last name (A–Z or Z–A)
- Team Filter View users by specific teams
- Search Box Search a team (only appears if 5+ teams exist)
- Group Filter Group users by Role or Account Status
