The User Drawer is a quick-access panel in the User Management module that lets you view and manage detailed information about a selected user. It opens when you click on a User Data box from the main dashboard.
Opening the User Drawer
To view the User Drawer:
Use the Search function on the dashboard to find a user, if needed.
Click the User Data box of the selected user.
The User Drawer will appear on the left side of the dashboard.
Components of the User Drawer
Each User Drawer includes editable and informational fields:
User’s Name Displays full name. Click to edit.
Email Shows the registered email (non-editable).
Role Displays the user’s current role. Click to change.
Expand Button Expands the drawer for better visibility.
X Button Closes the User Drawer.
Managers Lists the Manager(s) assigned to the user.
Managed Users (Visible only to you) Lists users under your management.
Teams You Set Up Shows the teams you’ve added the user to.
Other Teams Lists other teams the user has been assigned to by other Managers.
Editing User Details
How to Edit a User's Name
Click the User Data box to open the drawer.
Click the Name field.
Edit or type in the First Name.
Click and edit the Last Name.
Click outside the field to automatically save changes.
How to Update a User's Role
Open the User Drawer.
Click on the Role field.
Select a new role from the drop-down list.
Assigning Users to Teams
To assign a user to a team:
Open the User Drawer of the selected user.
Scroll to the “Teams You Set Up” section.
Click the (+) Add button.
In the modal, type the Team Name.
Click the team from the dropdown results.
Click Save.
Tip: A user can belong to multiple teams, and there is no limit to how many teams can be assigned.
Left Panel Filters (Drawer Mode)
When the User Drawer is open, the left panel of the dashboard is hidden, and some key features are moved to the dashboard header. Only relevant user-level options are shown for easier access.
Org ChartDisplays a focused Org Chart showing this user’s reporting structure.
NetworkOpens the Network diagram highlighting this user's connections and teams.
