To register a remote user in Cloudica™, click the user menu and select "Send Invite." Fill out the form with their email, manager, role, and team, then click "Invite People." The user will receive an email invitation to join and register. After completing registration, their profile will appear on the users page. You can reset the form to invite additional users.
Can I Cancel Anytime?
With Cloudica™, you can cancel your account anytime. Free trial accounts are automatically canceled at the end of the trial period. For licensed accounts, only the account owner can initiate cancellation, and any remaining balances must be settled first.
How Do I Set a User/Employee as Manager?
To set a user or employee as a Manager in Cloudica™, log in to your web dashboard and select "Manage Users" from the User Menu. Owners can view all users, while Managers see only their team members. Click a user’s data box, select their role, and choose “Manager” to assign users under them. To revoke Manager access, follow the same steps and set their role to “Remote User” after reassigning their team members.
