Affiliate Program System Guide

The Cloudica™ Affiliate Program allows you to invite other companies and organizations to try our remote workforce tracking solution. By sharing Cloudica™ with your network, you can earn extra free tracking hours every month while helping other teams optimize their productivity.

How the Affiliate Program Works

For every company you invite that signs up using your link and upgrades to a licensed account, you will receive 10 additional hours of free tracking usage per month.

Important Requirements:

The invited company must register using your unique affiliate link for the referral to be recognized.
Your bonus 10 free hours/month will automatically take effect as soon as the invited company upgrades to a licensed account.

How to Access the Affiliate Dashboard

You can find your referral link and track your monthly rewards in just a few clicks:

Click your User Menu (profile avatar) in the upper-right corner of the web dashboard and select Settings.
From the left menu panel, click Affiliate.
On the Affiliate page, you will see:

Your unique Affiliate Link
The total number of successful licensed invitees
Your accumulated total free hours per month

How to Share Your Link & Claim Bonus Hours

Navigate to Settings > Affiliate on your left panel.
Click to Copy your unique affiliate link.
Share the link directly with your friends, clients, or professional network.

Once your invitees register through your link and become licensed users, your monthly free hours will automatically increase!
