Settings

The Settings module allows you to manage your personal details, adjust monitoring preferences, update billing information, or delete your account. Available settings vary depending on the type of Cloudica™ account you have.  How to Access Settings  64a4e29c73f51Gif - open settings.gif Types of Cloudica™ Accounts
  • Owner Account Primary Cloudica™ account registered to the organization. It has full access to all settings.  
  • Manager Account Assigned to managerial or supervisory users. It has limited access to the settings.
  • Remote User Standard account for general staff and personnel. It has limited access to the settings.

  • Left Panel Index A navigation menu to switch between sections.
  • Settings Content Displays the content of the selected section.
Left Panel Index Overview  64a4e3f9c0633Image - left panel.png The Left Panel Index lets you navigate through the various settings available in the Settings module. Depending on your account type, you may see more or fewer sections: 
  • Personal Settings Allows you to view and update your personal information including name, email address, birthday, and more.
  • Change Password Lets you securely change your Cloudica™ account password.
  • Security Allows you to change your password and enable email notifications when logging in from a new device.
  • Account Settings (Owner only) Displays account-level data and lets you adjust default monitoring settings for your organization. 
  • Billing (Owner only) Manage and update billing details associated with your Cloudica™ account. .
  • Promos (Owner only) View active promos tied to your account.
  • Affiliate (Owner only) Join the Cloudica™ affiliate program and manage your referral activity. 
  • Email Notifications Enable or disable Daily Reports and Newsletters for Managers and Owners. 
  • App Configuration Displays app permission settings (Snapshots, Applications, Screenshots, Keystrokes, and Location) for each Remote User. 
  • Managers and Owners can configure permissions for all users. 
  • Remote Users can view and adjust only their own settings.   
Personal Settings  This section allows all users to view and update their personal information, excluding the Username and Email, which cannot be changed. 64a4e58c29048Image - components of personal settings.png Fields you can edit:
  • First Name 
  • Last Name 
  • Mobile Number
  • Home Address 
  • Birthday

  • Click the text field you want to update. 
  • Type or modify the content. 
  • Click outside the box to save. 
How to Set or Edit Birthday:  64a4e3dadbaeeGif - edit birthday.gif You may:
  • Type the date manually, or 
  • Use the calendar pop-up.
