How to Use the User Menu

The User Menu serves as your personal portal on the Cloudica™ web dashboard. Represented by your avatar image (or initials) in the top-right corner, it provides access to account information, administrative controls, system timezones, and monitoring settings.  Accessing the User Menu To open the menu, click your Avatar / Profile Button on the far right of the top dashboard header. A two-column menu will expand:  65c6000447462Gif-usermenu.gif Left Column: Account Details & Tools  65c6001fe7492image - parts of user menu.png Timezone  Displays two distinct time zone references:
  • Company Settings The primary organizational timezone assigned to your company account. 
  • On this Device The localized timezone detected automatically by your current web browser. 
My Account Displays basic user profile details, including your Username, Email Address, and assigned Role (Owner, Manager, or Remote User).  Timesheet Reports Includes quick access tools for activity and task tracking: 
  • Manage Tasks Opens the Task Report Table to view, edit, and assign tasks to team members (Manager/Owner view). 
  • My Daily Reports Opens the Daily Report portal to generate shift summaries from captured app data. 
  • My Addendums Opens the Addendum table to review manual work logs, addendum submissions, and idle time deletion requests. 
  • My Tasks Opens the Task Report modal to create personal tasks, review assignments, and update task progress.

  • Manage Users Opens the User Management portal to oversee team members.
  • Send Invite Generates email invitations to add new users to your organization.
  • My Data Returns to your personal default view of the Application Dashboard.
  • My Annotations Displays a gallery of all application screenshots that contain manager annotations.
  • Settings Opens profile configuration to edit personal information.
  • Update Password Opens a prompt to change your account password.
  • Download Desktop App Downloads the installer for the latest version of the Cloudica™ desktop application.  
  • Logout Safely ends your current web dashboard session.
Managing Your Monitoring Status When you are logged into the Cloudica™ Desktop App, a green dot and status icon appear alongside your User Menu button. This shows your active tracking status and lets you update it directly from the web browser without opening the desktop app. How to Change Your Status from the Dashboard 
  • Click the green dot next to your User Menu avatar in the top header. 
  • Choose your desired mode (Monitored, Confidential, or Incognito) from the pop-up menu.
  • Once selected, your status will instantly update on both the web dashboard and your running Desktop App.

  • Monitored (Checkmark Icon) The default active state. All computer activity, clear screenshots, app usage, and keystrokes are recorded. 
  • Confidential (Shield Icon) Privacy mode. Work hours and app usage are logged, but screenshots are blurred and keystrokes are masked to protect sensitive information. 
  • Incognito (Hat & Glasses Icon) Paused tracking mode. You remain logged in, but all monitoring is stopped—no hours, screenshots, app usage, or keystrokes are recorded. Use this mode during breaks, personal tasks, or when stepping away from your computer.
