How to Approve or Decline Addendum Requests

As a Manager, you play a key role in validating corrections to users’ Worked Hours. Whenever a user submits an Addendum Request, you will receive both an email notification and a dashboard alert. This ensures you can review and act on requests promptly. Advantages of Using the Addendum Feature The Addendum system provides several benefits for managers and teams: 
  • Ensures accurate attendance and payroll records 
  • Allows users to transparently report issues such as outages or emergencies 
  • Helps maintain accountability while giving flexibility for real-life disruptions 
  • Centralizes all approvals so managers can review, track, and audit corrections easily 
How to Open the Addendum Request Page
  • From the Application Dashboard, click the Timesheet button on the header. 
  • On the left panel of the Timesheet page, click Addendum Request. 
This will take you to the Addendum Request page, where all submissions appear in a table. The table shows: 691d8d538f780manager addendum table.png
  • Date Filed 
  • App Worked Time 
  • Addendum (the corrected time) 
  • Attachment 
  • Status 
  • Approve and Decline buttons
Request Status Types
  • For Approval Waiting for manager review 
  • Approved Accepted and applied 
  • Declined Rejected
How to Approve or Decline a Request  Once the Manager takes action, the user’s Worked Hours are automatically updated, and the user receives an email notification.  691d8d6cca78dmanager addendum approve.png
  • Choose a request from the Addendum Request table. 
  • Review the details shown in the row. 
  • On the right side of the row, click Approve or Decline.

  • Click any request from the table. 
  • A pop-up will appear showing detailed information: 
  • User who filed the request 
  • Date Filed 
  • App Worktime and the applicable date 
  • Addendum details 
  • Reason for request 
  • Attachment (if any) 
This allows managers to review information thoroughly before approving or declining. How to Filter the Addendum Request Table To quickly navigate through multiple requests, you can filter by status:  691de7d9c7c0baddendum filter.png
  • Show All 
  • For Approval 
  • Approved 
  • Declined 
Click the Filter button on the right side of the page and choose your preferred option from the dropdown menu.  The Addendum approval system ensures accuracy and fairness in how Worked Hours are recorded. By providing a structured and transparent review process, managers can efficiently validate requests while users receive timely updates. This feature helps maintain trustworthy attendance records and supports smoother payroll and workforce management.
