How to Update the Monitoring Status from the Application Dashboard
You can update your Monitoring Status not only from the Cloudica™ Desktop Application but also directly from the Application Dashboard, specifically through the Live Feed module.
One of the My Timeline features lets you change your Monitoring Status right from the dashboard.
How to Update Monitoring Status via My Timeline
To change your Monitoring Status using My Timeline:
In the My Timeline box, click the Monitoring Status button.
Choose the Monitoring Status you want from the dropdown menu.
Once you update your status from the dashboard, it automatically syncs with the Desktop App.
How to Update Monitoring Status via User Menu
You can also change your status through the User Menu when you're online.
You'll see a green dot with a status icon next to your avatar.
To update your status:
Click the green dot beside your avatar.
Select the status you want from the menu.
Monitoring Status Options and Their Meanings
Monitored Status
Represented by a checkmark icon.
This is the default status when you log in to the app. While in Monitored status, all your computer activities—such as work time, screenshots, application usage, and keystrokes—are recorded.
Confidential Status
Displayed with a shield icon.
In this status, the system blurs your screenshots and masks keystrokes, providing an extra layer of privacy while still allowing managers to monitor general user activities.
Incognito Status
Shown with an incognito icon.
When you switch to Incognito, no monitoring activities are captured. Your work time, screenshots, app usage, and keystrokes are not recorded. This option is ideal when you need to take a break, step away from your computer, or handle non-work-related activities.
