How to Use the Data Menu

The Data Menu can be found at the top of the page or in the header. It contains icons for different modules that allow you to navigate to the dashboard's various sections. These modules store the data captured from the users and are presented based on their specific functions. Accessing Dashboard Modules Opening any module is simple—just click on its icon in the Data Menu at the top of your screen. 65c4a4abd625dGif-use data menu.gif The available modules change depending on whether you are viewing real-time activity or historical records: 1. Default View (Current Date)  When viewing today's activity, you have access to all real-time and summary tools:
  • Virtual Workspace: Overview of team presence and active monitoring statuses.
  • Computer Activity: Maps and charts of app usage, website visits, and keystrokes.
  • Productivity: Summarized timelines and performance groupings.
  • Live Feed: Real-time stream of captured desktop app data as it happens.
  • Live Streams Player: Live video-style playback of active user screens.
  • Streams Player: Video playback for reviewing recorded shifts.
  • Timesheet: Access to daily reports, work logs, and addendums.

  • Timesheet
