How to Use Search Filter

The Search Bar located in the top header of your Cloudica™ web dashboard serves a dual purpose: quickly locating team members or instantly finding support articles without leaving your workspace. 65c4ab4848344Gif-searchbar.gif 1. Search Users (Default View)  By default, the search bar acts as a user filter to quickly highlight an individual employee's data. 
  • Click the search bar in the header and start typing the team member's name. 
  • Matching names will instantly populate in the search drop-down container as well as filter the Online Users List
  • Click on the user's name from the results container to load their specific data view.

Search Help Desk  You can also search the Cloudica™ knowledge base directly from the dashboard to find FAQs, tutorials, and setup guides. 
  • Hover your mouse over the Magnifying Glass icon inside the search bar, then select Search Help Desk from the drop-down menu. 
  • Type the topic, keyword, or feature you need help with into the input box.
  • Review the matching help articles in the results container and click any title to read the full guide.
