How to Change Password
To keep your Cloudica™ account secure, it’s recommended to update your password regularly. There are two ways to change your password:
Method 1: From the User Menu
- Click the User Menu at the upper right corner of the dashboard.
- Choose “Update Password”.
- Click the text box for the current password.
- Enter your old password, then press Enter or click the Next button.
- Type your new password in the next field.
- Confirm your new password by typing it again in the next box.
- Click the Save button.
- Click Okay in the confirmation box.
A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that your password has been successfully changed.
Method 2: From the Settings Module
- Click the User Menu.
- Choose “Settings” from the dropdown.
- In the Left Panel Index, select “Update Password”.
- Click the text box for your current password and enter it.
- Click the next text box and type your new password.
- Confirm the new password by typing it again.
- Click Save.
- Click Okay when prompted.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password and can’t log in:
- Go to the Cloudica™ login page.
- Click “Having problems logging in?”.
- Enter your registered email address, then click Next.
- Check your inbox and look for the email titled “Reset Password Notification” from the Cloudica™ Team.
- Open the email and click the “Reset Password” button.
- Enter your new password, then confirm it by typing it again.
- Click Next.
Your password is now reset and you can log in using your new credentials.
Password Tips
- Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using easily guessed info like names or birthdates.
- Make it strong, but memorable.
