The Team Filter in the Computer Activity module helps you focus on data for a specific team. It’s a great way to monitor team-level app usage, timelines, and keystroke activity—all in one place.
You’ll find the filter on the left side of the Application Dashboard.
What’s in the Team Filter
Filter by Team ButtonExpands the team list.
Team ContainerShows a list of all available teams.
Search BoxLets you quickly search through team names (visible when there are 5 or more teams).
How to Filter by a Team
Go to the left panel of the dashboard.
Click the Filter by Team button to open the list.
Select a team name from the list.
If there are many teams, use the Search Box to type and find the team faster.
Click the team from the results.
The dashboard will now update to show only data from that team in:
How to Remove the Filter
To go back to the full view of all users:
Click the “All” option at the top of the team list.
What Happens When You Filter by Team
Once a team is selected, you'll be able to:
View only the apps and websites accessed by that team
See when and how often they used them
Check how long each app or website was used
Analyze team keystroke activity by hour
Use this in combination with other filters (like the Date Picker or Application Filter) to drill down even further.
