How to Check Users’ Data from Previous Dates

By default, the Computer Activity module shows data from the current day. But if you want to review user activity from past dates, you can easily do so using the Date Picker on the left panel of the Application Dashboard. What’s in the Date Picker? The Date Picker includes:
  • Date Picker Button Displays the selected date (month, day, and year).
  • Navigation ArrowsLets you move forward or backward by one day.
  • Calendar ViewOpens when you click the Date Picker button. Use this to pick a specific day from a monthly calendar.
How to Navigate Between Dates
  • Click the left arrow (◀) to move to the previous date. 
  • Click the right arrow (▶) to go to the next date.

  • Click the Date Picker button to open the calendar.
  • Use the arrows at the top to change months.
  • Select a blue-colored date to load data for that day.
  • Blue dates = Dates with available data (clickable)
  • Black dates = No data available (not clickable)
Once you select a date, the dashboard automatically refreshes the following:  You can use the Date Picker in both: 
  • Application Mode (default view showing app/website usage) 
  • User Mode (showing users who accessed a specific app)

  • Search Bar Find specific users by name.
  • Resize Tools Adjust the size of the treemap and timelines.
  • Team Filter Focus on a specific group or department.
  • Application Filter Narrow down the view to a particular app or website.
