Productivity Charts Guide
The Charts are a visual representation of the users' data in the Productivity module. It has two sections, the Timeline, and the Status. In the Charts, you’ll see the work time, idle time, connections, status changes, applications, and keystrokes.Parts of Chart

The Timeline Charts is a graph where each of the users is represented by a bar. You will a vertical timeline on the side and a bar graph. Each user’s bar contains the user’s:
Work time
Idle time
Reconnections
Applications
Keystrokes
Status message
Hover over the user’s bar graph to get more details about its parts.Status Charts
The Status Charts are graphs that display an easy to digest information about the activities of the users. It is composed of three graphs.
Work vs Idle Time Pie ChartA pie chart that shows the percentage of worked hours and the idle time of the user or users.
Connections Bar GraphThe bar graph shows how many times the users’ desktop app reconnected or went offline.
Status Changes Line GraphThe line graph shows the frequency of the logins, logouts, status message, idle, confidential, and incognito.
How to filter the data displayed
To refine the data displayed in the Charts, you can use the filters in the Application Dashboard.
Use the Search bar to view only a specific user’s data.
Use the Date Picker to filter the data by date.
Use the Team filter to view data of the members of a team or group.

The Timeline Charts found on the right side of the dashboard can be used to navigate through the Timeline Data on the dashboard. To display the Timeline Data of a specific user,
Look at the Charts section found at the right side of the dashboard.
Go to the Timeline Charts.
Choose a user's Timeline bar.
Click the gray part of the user's bar.
This will filter the Timeline and display only the Timeline Data of the selected user. To return to the default view, you must clear the user search on the header. To navigate to a certain application of a user,
Look at the Charts section found at the right side of the dashboard.
Go to the Timeline Charts.
Choose a user's Timeline bar.
Click the colored bar of the application from the user's bar.
The Timeline will automatically scroll to the Timeline data you selected in the Timeline Charts.
