How to View Timeline Individual Data
This guide will help you know more about the Timeline Individual Data and how to use it. The Productivity module’s Individual Data shows only the selected data on the page.To open the Individual Timeline Data, follow the steps:
Click the kebab menu on the upper right corner of the Timeline Data.
Click “View”.
The dashboard then redirects to a page where only the selected data is displayed. The data here can be tagged and commented on.To view specific data within the Timeline Data, do the following:
Select a Timeline Data with a list of timestamps when the app was accessed or Timeline Content.
From the Timeline Content, choose a specific time the application was opened.
Click the duration the app was opened beside the timestamp.
Another way to do this is to:

From the Timeline Content, choose a specific time the application was opened.
Click the duration the app was opened beside the timestamp. This text is in blue.
The Timeline Content contains the timestamp when the app was accessed and the duration the user spent on the app.What you will see when Individual Data is opened
The Comment counter shows how many comments are posted on that Timeline Data. Notifications are sent to the manager and all the users who commented on the same Timeline Data.

To tag a Timeline Data as Productive, Excellent, Irrelevant, or Violation,
Click one of the tagging icons found on the right panel of the content.
The Timeline Data is now tagged and a notification is sent to the user.
