How to Tag Timeline Data
To tag your own Timeline Data in the Productivity module can be a means to communicate with your manager/s.
Tagging Timeline Data
Data is shown in boxes called the Timeline Data. The Timeline Data are displayed by the earliest captured data to the latest.
You can tag Timeline Data directly from the boxes displayed. To do that, follow these steps:
- Select a Timeline Data to tag.
- Click any of the tag icons displayed at the bottom part of the box.
Clicking the tag counter will reveal the the comment text box and the manager\s or user\s who tagged your data. To hide them, just click either the Tag Counter or the Comment Counter.
The tagging is immediately saved and your manager/s is notified of the tagged data. The Tag counter is also updated. You will also receive a notification whenever your data is tagged by your manager.
Tagging Timeline Individual Data
The Individual Data shows only the selected data on the page. Tagging can also be done from the Individual Data. You just need to:
- Click the kebab menu on the upper right corner of the Timeline Data.
- Click “View”.
- Click any of the tag icons displayed on the right panel of the page.
The tag count is updated every time an item is tagged and a notification is sent to the manager.

Tag Icon Meanings
- Blue Necktie Use the blue necktie icon to commend and tag the data as Productive.
- Yellow Necktie Use the yellow necktie icon to tag applications as Excellent.
- White Exclamation Point Choose the white exclamation point icon to tag the application as Irrelevant.
- Red Exclamation Point Tag applications with the red exclamation point icon as Violation.
Users can add comments to the Timeline Data with or without tagging.
