Here is how cancellations work depending on your account type:

Free Trial Accounts: If you are exploring Cloudica on our 15-day free trial, you don't need to do a thing. If you choose not to upgrade, your account will simply expire automatically at the end of the trial period. Because we don't ask for a credit card during registration, you will never be charged.
Licensed Accounts: If you have a paid, pay-per-use account, the Account Owner can initiate a cancellation directly from the web dashboard at any time. Because we bill on a pay-per-use basis, any small remaining balance for hours tracked during your current billing cycle will just need to be settled to finalize the cancellation.
