How to Send Daily Reports via Email Once you’ve saved your Task Reports, you can send your Daily Reportan essential feature for Remote Users to record and share detailed information about their workday—via email to your Manager/s. This guide will walk you through the steps for sending your Daily Reports, ensuring that your Manager receives a complete summary of your activities, including time spent on various tasks and applications. Steps to Send Your Daily Report via Email After saving your Task Reports, the Email Button will become visible in the header of the Daily Reports Drawer.   • Ensure all Task Reports are created and saved in your Daily Reports Drawer. 
  • Click the Email Button located in the Daily Reports Drawer header. 
  • Select the recipient(s) from the list by checking the box next to their name. 
  • Click the Send button. 
If your Manager is not listed as a recipient, follow the troubleshooting steps in the next section. What to Do if Your Manager is Not Listed If your Manager does not appear in the list of email recipients, they need to adjust their Email Notification settings. Here’s how to resolve this: 1. Ask your Manager to log in to their Cloudica Dashboard. 2. Have them navigate to Settings > Email Notifications. 3. Ensure that the following settings are enabled:
  • User Daily Report is toggled ON. 
  • Your name is checked in the list of users they want to receive reports from. 
4. Make sure they click Save to apply the changes. Once these settings are configured, your Manager should appear in your email recipient list. How to Send Your Report to External Contacts You can send your Daily Reports via email to external contacts outside your organization by following these steps:
  • Ensure that all Task Reports are created and saved in your Daily Reports Drawer. 
  • Click the Email button located in the Daily Reports Drawer. 
  • In the email modal, enter the recipient’s email address below the Managers’ checkbox section. 
  • Press Enter to add the email to the recipient list. 
  • Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add multiple external recipients. 
  • Click the Send button to email your report.

  • Username of the sender (you). 
  • A Cloudica Dashboard link that directs the Manager to the Virtual Workspace.

  • Application name 
  • Screenshots 
  • Any notes provided by you.
