How to Change Password
To keep your account secure, your password needs to be updated from time to time. There are several ways to do this.
The first one is directly from the User Menu.
- Click the User Menu.
- Choose “Update Password”.
- Click the text box for the current password.
- Type your old password and press Enter or click the Next button.
- Click the text box for the new password.
- Type and enter your new password.
- Type again the exact password for confirmation.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Okay button from the confirmation box.
An email confirmation will be sent to you notifying you that your password has been successfully changed.
Another way to revise your password is through the Settings.
- Click the User Menu.
- Choose “Settings”.
- Click "Update Password" from the Left Panel Index.
- Click the text box for the current password.
- Type your old password and press Enter or click the Next button.
- Click the text box for the new password.
- Type and enter your new password.
- Type again the exact password for confirmation.
- Click the Save button.
- Click the Okay button from the confirmation box.
Forgot Password
If in the case that you forgot your password and cannot access your account, you need to do the following:
- Go to the Cloudica™ login page.
- Click “Having problems logging in?”.
- Enter the email address you registered with.
- Click Next.
- Open and check your email.
- Open the “Reset Password Notification” email that you received from the Cloudica™ Team.
- Click the "Reset Password" button in the email.
- Type and enter your new password.
- Enter again your new password for confirmation.
- Click Next.
Your password has been reset and you can now log in to your account with the new password.
Choose passwords that are hard to guess but easy to remember. Include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to increase the strength of your password.
