How to Check Users’ Data from Previous Dates The Timesheet contains the daily attendance reports in table form. The report includes the users’ names, Time in, Time out, Work Time, and Idle Time. The table displays the current date by default. To check users’ data information from past dates, you need to use the Date Picker at the left panel of the dashboard. The Date Picker consists of the following:
  • Date Picker ButtonDisplays the month, day, and year.
  • Navigation ButtonsHelps you navigate through the dates.
  • CalendarOpens when the Date Picker button is clicked. It displays a monthly calendar.
  • Toggle ButtonAllows you to choose a date range to display on the table.
How to Use the Navigation Buttons
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous date.
  • Click the right arrow to go to the next date.  
How to Use the Calendar
  • Click the Date Picker button to open the calendar.
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous month or click the right arrow to go to the next month.
  • Select a date with blue color.
Note that in the calendar, dates in blue color are clickable. Dates without stored data are displayed in black. Once a date is selected, the dashboard will update the data displayed in the table.  How to add a date range to the Timesheet Table You can customize the attendance reports table display based on your chosen date ranges. Read below for the step-by-step instructions. 
  • Click the Date Picker to open the calendar.
  • Click the toggle switch beside the calendar month and year to enable the start and end dates.
  • Select your start date by clicking on a blue date.
  • Select your end date by clicking on a blue date.
The table will update automatically with the selected date range. Each date column contains the user’s Work Time, Idle Time, Time in, and Time out. You can choose a number of days, weeks, and months for the range. The Addendum in this custom date format can be used but to see the Paid Time, you have to switch to the daily table format.  Learn about how to use the Addendum. To disable the custom date range, click the toggle switch beside the calendar month and year.   The Date Picker can be used alongside other filters. 
  • User SearchUse this to display a specific user’s data. 
  • Team FilterUse this to display the group or team’s data. 
  • Attendance FilterUse this to display the users who are present or absent.
