How to Use the Org Chart
The “Org Chart” or Organizational Chart is a diagram that shows a relationship hierarchy within the organization or company. This structure in your Cloudica™ account will help you have a visual employee directory and give an understanding of work relationships and communication.
Managers have a limited view of the Org Chart. The diagram will only show the people directly above the manager up to the Account Owner. The users that show below the manager are only the direct managed users assigned to the manager.
To see the Org Chart, click the “Org Chart” button found on the left panel of the dashboard.
This will then display the Org Chart. Each circle represents a user. Within the circle are the user’s initials. The circle’s color depends on the user's role.
Color Meaning
- Dark bluestands for the Account owner and is found at the top of the hierarchy.
- Greenis for users with Manager roles
- Light blueis for Remote Users.
To close the Org Chart, click the X button on the upper right corner of the modal.
How to navigate the Org Chart
- Click and dragto move the Org Chart around.
- Use the mouse wheelto zoom in and out of the diagram.
- Hover over the user circles to reveal the user’s name.
