How to Filter Users by Team and Monitoring Status The Cloudica™ Virtual Workspace provides the option to sort users displayed according to teams and status. These filters are located on the left side of the Dashboard Application. Use Filter data by Team to find users according to the team they belong to. Click a team name listed and all users on that team will be displayed on the Dashboard Application. If you have more than 4 teams in your account, use the search box under the filter, and type in the team name. Click the Group data by status button and choose from the filters to group the users according to your preference. The Monitoring Status group categorizes the User Data Boxes on the dashboard into four - Monitored, Confidential, Incognito, and Offline. These are what the statuses mean:
  • Monitored All computer activities are captured by the app. This includes screenshots, keystrokes, and websites and application names.
  • Confidential All computer activities are also captured but the screenshots are blurred, and the keystrokes are masked.
  • Incognito The user remains logged in but no monitoring activity is captured. This means that computer activities are not recorded while still being able to receive notifications.
  • Offline The user’s desktop app got disconnected.
The Active/Idle group categorizes the user data boxes into their online status:
  • Active The user is logged in and is actively working on his/her machine.
  • Idle The user is logged in and has no computer activity for more than 5 minutes.
  • Offline The user logged out of the app or got disconnected.
With this feature, managers and supervisors can have a better view of the team’s level of productivity, drive focus on relevant activities, and target areas of opportunities.
