The primary difference between Off-Hours Tracking and Active Shift Monitoring comes down to when tracking occurs and how employee privacy is maintained outside of working hours.   Active Shift Monitoring vs. Off-Hours Tracking Active Shift Monitoring Refers to active data collection during scheduled work hours. When an employee is logged in and actively tracking time, Cloudica™ records work hours, application and website usage, keystroke activity, and periodic screenshots and snapshots.  Off-Hours Tracking (Not Supported) Cloudica™ does not track activity during off-hours.
