Can I Have Multiple Accounts with One Email?
Your email address serves as your primary identity during registration, but how it is used depends on the account type you are creating.
Registration Rules
Remote User Accounts: An email address can be registered to multiple company accounts as a Remote User. This allows you to work across different organizations using a single email address.
Company Owner Accounts: An email address can only be registered to one company account as an Owner. Once an email is used to create an organization workspace, it cannot be used to create a second company account as an Owner.
How Usernames Work Across Accounts
First-Time Registration: When you register your email for the first time, you are not asked to create a username. The local part of your email (the portion before @) automatically serves as your initial Cloudica™ username.
Subsequent Account Registrations: When joining an additional company (whether as an Owner or Remote User), you are required to create a unique username during the registration process.
Use this unique username (along with your password) at login to specify and access the exact account and workspace you want to view.
