Remote User’s Summary The Summary displays your data according to the recent Application Screenshots, latest Snapshots, Status Messages, and Latest Keystrokes. It gives a compact view of your data for the day. Parts of Daily Summary

Daily Applications The Daily Applications are found on the left side of the Summary dashboard. Each box represents the application or website you have opened or used during your work hours. The latest screenshot for that application will display here.   It has the following components:
  • Screenshot
  • Time
  • Application Name
  • Tag icons
  • Tag count
  • Comment count
  • Daily Applications menu
The Daily Application’s screenshots can be viewed as Individual Data. This means that the dashboard redirects to a page where only the selected data is displayed.  To view a Daily Application as Individual Data, do the following steps.
  • Right-click on the screenshot.
  • A menu will pop out, then click “View Image” from the menu.
Snapshots  This displays the latest Snapshot of the user, as well as the six most recent photos captured by the user’s computer camera. Status Messages It displays what you posted as status messages on your Cloudica™ Desktop App or from the Application Dashboard. A Status Message can be the tasks or assignments you are working on.  Read more about how to post Status Messages from the Application Dashboard. Latest Keystrokes This section displays the 10 latest keystrokes sets captured by the Desktop App.  When you are on Confidential status on the Desktop App, you can still see the keystrokes data, however, the keystrokes data are masked. How to check previous Summary data You can view your data from the current date up to the past three months. To check and display your past data, you need the Date Picker. The Date Picker is found on the right side of the header, the navigation section.  
  • Click the Date Picker to open the calendar.
  • Use the left or right arrows to navigate to the month you want to view.
  • Select and click a blue date from the calendar.
  • Click the Date Picker button to close the calendar.
Once a date is selected, the Summary dashboard will update the data displayed. Note that in the calendar, dates in blue color are clickable. Dates without stored data are displayed in black. How to Use the Date Picker navigation buttons Without opening the calendar, you can navigate to other dates. Simply use the navigation arrows found on both sides of the Date Picker button.
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous date. 
  • Click the right arrow to go to the next date.
Learn about how to check your data from past dates. Tagging and Commenting on Daily Applications The Daily Applications can be tagged and commented on by its owner. To tag Daily Application,
  • Select an application to tag. 
  • Click the tag icon of your choice found at the bottom part of the data box. 
The tagging is immediately saved and your manager/s is notified of the tagged data. The Tag counter is also updated. To see who tagged your data, click the Tag counter of the Daily Application and it will reveal the people who tagged your data. You will also receive a notification whenever your data is tagged by your manager.  To comment or reply to a posted comment, do the following:
  • Select an application to comment on.
  • Click the Comment counter found at the bottom part of the Daily Application box.
  • Click the text input box.
  • Type your comment.
  • Click the send button or press Enter on your keyboard.

How to Use the Daily Applications Menu The Daily Applications Menu gives you more options on how to view the applications or websites you used. It can be accessed through the kebab menu at the right corner of each Daily Applications box or by right-clicking the Screenshot of the Daily Application. Read more on the Daily Applications menu. How to Annotate on Screenshots  The Annotation Tool lets you input comments and feedback directly onto a screenshot. You can highlight parts of the captured image, add text comments, and draw emphasis on the screenshot.  To access and use the Annotation Tool:
  • Click the kebab menu or right-click on any screenshot.
  • A menu will pop out, then click “Annotate this Image.” from the menu.
  • The Annotation Tool will open with the screenshot.
  • Click the shape or text icons to add annotations to the screenshot.
  • Click the Done button to save.
