Remote User’s Computer Activity In a Remote User’s Computer Activity module, your data is mapped in various illustrations for optimal evaluation of your activity during your work hours. The captured Application Screenshots and Keystrokes give you insights into how you perform tasks and assignments, and how you use time. To access the Computer Activity module,
  • Click the Computer Activity icon below the Date Picker.
This will open the Computer Activity module and its three main sections, namely:
  • Application Usage
  • Application Timeline
  • Keystrokes Timeline
Application Usage The Application Usage is composed of a heat map and treemap. The Treemap displays the summary of all apps and websites that you interacted with. Each tile shows the app or site name, and how long and frequently you have interacted with it. Read the guide on Application Usage Visualization. Application Timeline  The Application Timeline provides a graphical illustration of the start and end of application usage for the whole day. It is depicted as a bar graph that includes all apps and sites that you have interacted with. Each bar is displayed in a variety of colors for easy viewing and identification. Learn more in the Application Timeline Guide. Keystrokes Timeline The Keystrokes Timeline gives you a visual representation of all your progress in terms of keyboard usage. The bar graph presents the hourly keystrokes count and it shows how much keystroke data has been captured. Check out our Keystrokes Timeline Guide. How to browse the Application Gallery The Application Gallery is a collection of all the captured screenshots of a particular application. You can download, view, or annotate the screenshots from the gallery. Follow the instructions below to open the Application Gallery.
  • From the Application Usage Treemap, click a tile. 
  • Click the Treemap Menu (kebab menu) located at the upper-right corner of the tile.
  • Choose "Browse Gallery" from the menu options.
Check the Application Gallery tutorial for more information. How to check previous Computer Activity data  You can view your Computer Activity data from the current date up to the past three months. To check and display your past data, you need the Date Picker. The Date Picker is found on the right side of the header, the navigation section. 
  • Click the Date Picker to open the calendar.
  • Use the left or right arrows to navigate to the month you want to view.
  • Select and click a blue date from the calendar.
  • Click the Date Picker to close the calendar.
Note that in the calendar, dates in blue color are clickable. Dates without stored data are displayed in black. Once a date is selected, the dashboard will update the data displayed in the dashboard. How to Use the Date Picker Navigation buttons Without opening the calendar, you can navigate to other dates. Simply use the navigation arrows found on both sides of the Date Picker button.
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous date.
  • Click the right arrow to go to the next date.
