Remote User’s Live Feed The Live Feed module of the Application Dashboard lets you view your captured data almost instantly. This section of the dashboard displays the following:
  • Applications and Websites
  • Screenshots
  • Snapshots
  • Keystrokes
  • User Status
  • Productivity Tagging
  • Work Time logs
  • Login
  • Disconnection
  • Status Messages
The Live Feed only displays the current captured data. To view the data from previous dates, use the Date Picker to navigate to your chosen date. The Player will then run captured data for the selected day. Parts of the Live Feed dashboard

Live Feeds Display This displays the real-time Timeline Data in individual boxes. The panel always shows your latest opened applications, websites, snapshots, screenshots, keystrokes, work time, etc. The Live Feeds Display is the default view of the feeds and it only appears when the date is set to the current date. Streams Menu Streams let you view your activities in a video format. On the upper right side of the Live Feed dashboard is a kebab menu. This button opens the Streams Menu with the following options:
  • Live Stream Displays the latest or real-time data in a video format. 
  • Player Displays the feed data from the first captured data of the day to the latest. The feeds here are not in real-time.
The Player is the default view of the feeds for previous or past data. Read more about how to view Streams. Tagging and Commenting on Live Feed Data The data shown in the Live Feeds Display can also be tagged and commented on by its owner. Data is shown in boxes called the Timeline Data and at the bottom part of each box you can find the tagging and commenting buttons.  To tag a Timeline Data,
  • Select a data to tag.
  • Click the tag icon (Productive, Excellent, Irrelevant, or Violation) found at the bottom part of a Timeline Data.
The tagging is immediately saved and your manager/s is notified of the tagged data. To see who tagged your data, click the Tag counter of the Timeline Data and it will reveal the people who tagged your data. You will also receive a notification whenever your data is tagged by your manager. Learn more about tagging Live Feed Data. To comment or reply to a posted comment, do the following:
  • Select the data to comment on.
  • Click the Comment counter found at the bottom part of Timeline Data.
  • Click the text input box.
  • Type your comment.
  • Click the send button or press Enter on your keyboard.
Read about commenting on Live Feed Data. Viewing Live Feed Individual Data Each Live Feed Data can be viewed on a separate page. Data displayed like this is called Individual Data. To do this, follow the steps below:
  • Select a feed to view.
  • Click the kebab menu found at the upper right corner of the Timeline Data.
  • Click “View” from the menu.
The dashboard redirects to a page where only the selected data is displayed. The data here can also be tagged and commented on. How to check previous Live Feed data You can view your data from the current date up to the past three months. To check and display your past data, you need the Date Picker. The Date Picker is found on the right side of the header, the navigation section. 
  • Click the Date Picker to open the calendar.
  • Use the left or right arrows to navigate to the month you want to view.
  • Select and click a blue date from the calendar.
  • Click the Date Picker to close the calendar. 
Note that in the calendar, dates in blue color are clickable. Dates without stored data are displayed in black. Once a date is selected, the dashboard will display the data in the Player format. How to Use the Date Picker Navigation Buttons Without opening the calendar, you can navigate to other dates. Simply use the navigation arrows found on both sides of the Date Picker button.
  • Click the left arrow to go to the previous date.
  • Click the right arrow to go to the next date.
