The app uses two different types of screenshots to capture your workflow accurately:
Interval Screenshots (Every Minute): The app automatically takes a full screenshot of your active screen (or screens, if you use multiple monitors) once every minute.
Application Screenshots (App Switches): To capture context cleanly, the app also takes a screenshot of the specific active window or website after you switch from one task or application to another.
Where Are These Screenshots Stored?
Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. All captured images are instantly transmitted to a heavily encrypted, secure server.
Once uploaded, these visual insights can be accessed directly through two places:
The Remote User Dashboard: Where you can review your own daily work timeline.
The Manager Web Dashboard: Where team leaders can view real-time progress, offer timely feedback, and help troubleshoot roadblocks.
