How Long Does Cloudica™ Retain Activity Logs and Screenshots?

To optimize system performance and safeguard user privacy, Cloudica™ enforces a structured data retention schedule for all captured metrics.  Data Retention Period Cloudica™ retains all captured screenshots, app activity logs, keystrokes, and timesheet data for: 

• The current calendar month 
• The previous 3 calendar months 

Data Deprecation Note: Any activity data or screenshots older than 3 full previous calendar months are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers. If your organization requires long-term archives for compliance or auditing, ensure you export your reports before the retention window closes.
