Cloudica™ enforces strict, permission-based data access controls to protect user privacy and ensure sensitive activity logs are only available to authorized team leaders.

Data Access Hierarchy

Account Owners & Managers Only the specific Account Owner and assigned Managers have permission to view your screenshots, app usage, live feed, and activity data. Managers can only see data for the specific users assigned to their team.
Peer & Co-Workers Other employees and non-managing team members cannot view your screenshots, activity metrics, timesheets, or status history.
Third Parties Cloudica™ does not sell, lease, or share your captured workspace data with outside vendors, advertisers, or third parties.

Data Retention & Privacy Controls

Automatic 3-Month Data Retention To safeguard privacy and optimize storage, all captured activity logs, screenshots, and usage data are permanently deleted from our database after 3 months.
Confidential Mode When enabled, Cloudica™ automatically blurs all captured screenshots and masks typed keystrokes while keeping total work hours intact.
Incognito Mode Switching to Incognito completely pauses tracking—no screenshots, apps, or activity logs are captured while this mode is active.
