The short answer is no. Cloudica™ does not record, capture, or store any audio from your microphone.
Your privacy is our top priority. We have engineered our platform to prevent intrusive monitoring, which is why we never save audio files, stream your microphone, or keep logs of your private conversations.
How the Microphone is Used
The microphone is only ever accessed during a single, specific situation: just before the 30-minute maximum idle limit is reached.
If you have been away from your computer and are about to be logged out, the app runs a quick verification check:
The Acoustic Pulse: The microphone turns on briefly to listen only for ambient decibel levels (sound volume) for a maximum of 30 seconds.
Presence Detection: The moment the system detects that a person is present, the check stops immediately.
No Recording: The microphone functions like a simple sound sensor. It does not record, capture, or store audio, and no files are ever sent to our servers. Your conversations remain entirely private.
