How to Annotate Daily Reports Screenshot Highlights

The Cloudica™ Annotation Tool allows you to add comments and feedback directly onto a screenshot. This feature is also available for Screenshot Highlights in a Daily Report, making it easy to provide clear, visual input on a user’s work.

Why Use the Annotation Tool?

Annotations help enhance communication and improve clarity when reviewing work. You can use the tool to:

Give constructive feedback on user activity.
Highlight key areas in the captured image for better understanding.
Add text comments to provide explanations or suggestions.
Emphasize important details using drawings or markings.

How to Annotate a Screenshot

Open a user’s Daily Report.
Right-click on the screenshot you want to annotate.
Click Annotate.
Add your annotations using the available tools.
Click the Done button.
Choose Proceed to save your annotations.

Once saved, the annotated image appears as a comment in the user’s Daily Report. The report owner will also receive a notification.
