How to Use the User Menu
The User Menu of the Application Dashboard contains account information and a list of options you can interact with. The button consists of your latest snapshot or initials and the Live Monitoring Status green dot.
How to Open the User Menu
- Go the main header of the dashboard.
- Click the button on the far-right of the header.
Parts of the User Menu
When the User Menu is open, you will see a menu with two columns.
On the left side are the following:
- Timezone,
- My Account,
- and Timesheet Reports.
- Timezone,
- My Account,
- and Tools.
The right column is the Main Menu and it contains the following:
- My Annotations
- Download Desktop App,
- Settings,
- Update Password,
- and Logout.
Timezone
There are two timezones displayed in this section.
- Company SettingsThis is the default timezone and location of the users registered under the organization’s account.
- On this DeviceThe device timezone is based on the user’s browser.
My Account
The My Account section displays your basic information. It indicates the username, email address, and role. The role is the type of account the user has. It can be the Owner, Manager, or Remote User.
Timesheet Reports
The Timesheet Reports section includes three key features to help you track, update, and manage your daily work activity:
- My Daily Reports Opens your Daily Report dashboard, allowing you to generate shift reports using the precise data captured by the Desktop App.
- My Addendums Opens the Addendum table, where you can review your complete history of manual addendums, work logs, and idle time deletion requests.
- My Tasks Opens the Task Report modal, enabling you to create new tasks, review existing assignments, and update your task progress.
Main Menu
The Main Menu is at the right column of the User Menu.
- My Annotations Lets you navigate to the application screenshots with annotations.
- SettingsLets you update your personal data and password.
- Update PasswordLets you change your account password.
- Download Desktop AppAllows users to download the latest version of the desktop application installer.
- LogoutClicking the Logout button ends the user’s session on the dashboard.
Monitoring Status
When you’re logged in to your Desktop App, a green dot with the status icon appears with your User Menu. This indicates your Monitoring Status. This also allows you to change your Monitoring Status from the Application Dashboard.
How to Update the Monitoring Status
To update the Monitoring Status using the User Menu, follow the steps below:
- Click the green dot of the User Menu.
- A menu will appear. Choose and click the status from the menu.
Once the status is updated in the dashboard, the Monitoring Status in the Desktop App is also updated.
Monitoring Status Overview
Here is a quick breakdown of the three tracking modes in Cloudica™:
- Monitored (Checkmark Icon) Full tracking mode. Automatically logs all work hours, active apps, visited websites, clear screenshots, and keystrokes. Best for standard daily tasks.
- Confidential (Shield Icon) Privacy-focused tracking mode. Tracks work hours, apps, and websites, but blurs screenshots and masks keystrokes to protect sensitive information like passwords or client data.
- Incognito (Hat & Glasses Icon) Paused tracking mode. Keeps you logged in but stops all tracking—no hours, screenshots, app usage, or keystrokes are recorded. Ideal for quick breaks or personal tasks.
