Posting comments on the Productivity's Timeline Data is a quick and effective way to provide feedback, ask questions, give clarifications, or offer commendations to your Managed Users.
How to Post a Comment on Timeline Data
To add a comment directly on a Timeline Data box:
Click the Comment button at the lower-right corner of the Timeline Data box.
Click inside the text box that appears.
Type your comment.
Click the Send button or press Enter on your keyboard.
The Comment Counter will update after your comment is posted.
The system also sends a notification to the user and anyone else who has commented on the same Timeline Data.
How to Post a Comment on Timeline Individual Data
If you prefer to comment while viewing the Timeline Data in detail:
Click the kebab menu (three dots) at the top-right of the Timeline Data.
Select View.
Scroll to the text box on the right panel.
Type your comment.
Click Send or press Enter.

How to Reply to a Comment
Both managers and users can reply to comments on Timeline Data.
Here’s how you can respond to an existing comment:
Click the Notifications button at the top of the dashboard.
Find and click the comment notification you want to reply to.
In the opened view, click inside the text box.
Type your reply.
Click Send or press Enter.
Your reply will also send notifications to all participants in the comment thread.
