How to Filter Users by Team

In Productivity, you can easily sort the dashboard data by team. The Team Filter is located on the left panel of the Dashboard Application and helps you focus on the activity of specific teams. Parts of the Team Filter  64056dc679882Image 1 - parts of the Team Filter.png
  • Filter by Team button Opens the list of available teams.
  • Team Container Displays all teams you can filter by. 
  • Search Box Helps you quickly find a team (appears only if there are 5 or more teams).

  • Go to the left panel of the dashboard.
  • Under the Filter by Team button, click the name of the team you want to view.
  • If the team list is long, type the team name into the Search Box.
  • Click the team name from the filtered results.
To return to viewing data from all users, click the All option at the top of the team list. Tip: The All option is enabled by default when no filters are applied. What Happens When You Filter by Team When you select a team:
  • The Timeline and Charts sections will only display data from the members of that team.
  • You’ll be able to drill down into each member’s:
  • Applications accessed 
  • Work and idle times 
  • Application usage frequency 
  • Keystrokes 
  • Status changes
