Productivity Charts Guide

The Productivity Charts offer a visual summary of user activity within the Productivity module. The Charts section includes two main areas: Timeline Charts and Status Charts. Here, you can easily view users’ work time, idle time, reconnections, application usage, keystrokes, and status changes. Parts of the Charts 6405657d56392Image 1- Parts of Charts.png

  • Status Charts A set of graphs providing an overview of users' work patterns, reconnections, and status changes.
Timeline Charts The Timeline Charts display each user as a horizontal bar along a vertical timeline. Each bar includes: 64056591c33b6Image 2- Parts of Timeline Charts.png
  • Work time
  • Idle time
  • Reconnections
  • Applications
  • Keystrokes
  • Status messages
Hover over any part of a user's bar to see detailed information about that segment. Status Charts The Status Charts offer quick insights into overall activity through three types of graphs: 640565a3a83beImage 3 - types of satus charts.png
  • Work vs Idle Time Pie Chart Displays the percentage of time spent working versus being idle.
  • Connections Bar Graph Shows how often users’ desktop apps reconnected or lost connection.
  • Status Changes Line Graph Tracks the number of status changes, including logins, logouts, idle states, confidential sessions, and incognito sessions.

  • Search Bar Find and view data for a specific user. 
  • Date Picker Filter activity data by date range. 
  • Team Filter Focus on data from specific teams or groups. 
Learn more about the  Search Bar, Date Picker, and Team Filter. Navigating with the Timeline Charts The Timeline Charts also allow you to quickly navigate through Timeline Data. To view Timeline Data for a specific user:
  • Open the Charts section on the right side of the dashboard.
  • Locate the user’s bar in the Timeline Charts
  • Click the gray section of the user’s bar.
The Timeline will automatically filter and show only that user’s activity. To return to the full view, clear the user search input at the header.  To jump to a specific application used by a user:  640adf0f15e23Gif how to navigate using timeline chart.gif
  • Go to the Charts section on the right.
  • Find the user’s Timeline bar.
  • Click the colored section representing the app.
The Timeline will scroll directly to the corresponding Timeline Data.
