Owners and Managers can manage account access by setting users to Inactive. This is typically used for former employees or team members on an extended leave of absence.
How to Deactivate a User Account
Deactivating a user immediately revokes their access to both the Cloudica™ Desktop App and the Application Dashboard.
Click the User Menu on the right side of the header and select Manage Users.
Locate the employee you wish to deactivate, then click their data card/box.
This action opens the User Drawer on the right side of the screen.
Click the Deactivate button.
In the pop-up window, click Deactivate to finalize the process.
Learn more about the Inactive user accounts.
How to Reactivate a User Account
If an employee returns from leave or was deactivated in error, you can restore their access at any time.
1. Navigate to User Menu > Manage Users.
2. Filter for Inactive Users:
On the left panel, click the Group Data button.
Click the Account Status button.
Under the Account Status options, select Inactive.
3. Click the data card/box of the user you wish to restore.
4. In the User Drawer, click the Activate button.
5. In the pop-up window, click Activate to finalize the process.
The user’s access is immediately restored, allowing them to log back into the Cloudica™ platform.
