How to Filter Users by Team in the Timesheet

The Team Filter lets you display Timesheet data specific to a team, making it easier to review attendance at the group level. This filter is located on the left panel of the Application Dashboard.   • Filter data by team button
  • Team list container
  • Search box (only appears when there are 5 or more teams)
How to Use the Team Filter  Follow these steps to filter the Timesheet Table by team: 642d6a1b6ae84GIF - how to use team filter.gif
  • In the left panel, click the “Filter data by team” button. 
  • If needed, use the search box to type the team name. 
  • From the list, click a team name to filter the data. 
The table will now only display users who are part of the selected team. To remove the filter and return to the full list: 
  • Click the “All” option at the top of the team list.
“All” is selected by default when no team filter is active. What Happens When You Filter by Team 
  • The Timesheet Table will limit results to members of the selected team. 
  • You can still apply other filters like the Date Picker and Attendance Filter
  • However, you cannot use the Team Filter while a User Search is active.
