The Team Filter lets you display Timesheet data specific to a team, making it easier to review attendance at the group level. This filter is located on the left panel of the Application Dashboard.
Components of the Team Filter
The Team Filter panel includes:
Filter data by team button
Team list container
Search box (only appears when there are 5 or more teams)
How to Use the Team Filter
Follow these steps to filter the Timesheet Table by team:
In the left panel, click the “Filter data by team” button.
If needed, use the search box to type the team name.
From the list, click a team name to filter the data.
The table will now only display users who are part of the selected team.
To remove the filter and return to the full list:
Click the “All” option at the top of the team list.
“All” is selected by default when no team filter is active.
What Happens When You Filter by Team
The Timesheet Table will limit results to members of the selected team.
You can still apply other filters like the Date Picker and Attendance Filter.
However, you cannot use the Team Filter while a User Search is active.
