The Paid Time column in the Timesheet Table reflects a user’s rounded-off work hours, which can be used as a basis for payroll.
Paid Time Calculation
The Paid Time is automatically rounded based on actual hours captured by the Cloudica™ desktop app, using this adjustment logic:
Less than 29 minutes = 0 mins
30 to 59 minutes = 30 mins
This ensures consistency for payroll calculations while accounting for minor variances in log time.
Viewing Paid TimeTo enable the Paid Time view:
Go to the Timesheet Table.
Click the "Work Time" column header.
The Work Time values will now switch to display the Paid Time.
To disable the Paid Time view and go back to actual recorded Work Time:
Click the "Work Time" column header again.
Tip: Hovering over a user's Paid Time reveals the original recorded Work Time in a tooltip.
Paid Time with Custom Date Ranges
If you are using a custom date range in the Timesheet:
Click on any of the date headers in the Timesheet Table to toggle the view and display Paid Time for that specific day.
Note: If adjustments are needed on a user’s work hours, be sure to use the Addendum feature to clarify and document the changes properly. Learn how to use the Addendum
