The Timesheetdashboard displays attendance reports in table format. By default, it shows data for the current date. To review past attendance records, use the Date Picker on the left panel of the dashboard.
Components of the Date Picker
Date Picker Button Displays the current selected date (Month, Day, Year).
Navigation Buttons Lets you move to the previous or next day.
Calendar Shows a monthly view of available data.
Toggle Button Enables custom date range selection.
How to Use the Navigation Buttons
Click the left arrow to view the previous date.
Click the right arrow to view the next date.
How to Use the Calendar
Click the Date Picker button to open the calendar.
Use the calendar arrows to switch between months.
Click a blue-colored date to select it.
Blue dates have stored data and are clickable.
Black dates have no data and are not clickable.
Once selected, the Timesheet Table will update with the data for that date.
How to Add a Date Range to the Timesheet Table
You can customize the data display to show multiple dates in one table.
Click the Date Picker button to open the calendar.
Toggle the date range switch beside the calendar month and year.
Select the start date (blue).
Select the end date (blue).
The Timesheet Table will now display multiple date columns showing:
Time In
Time Out
Work Time
Idle Time
The Addendum feature works in range view. To see Paid Time, switch back to daily view.
To disable date range view, turn off the toggle switch beside the calendar.
Using Filters with the Date Picker
You can combine the Date Picker with the following filters:
User Search Displays a specific user’s data.
Team Filter Shows attendance per selected team.
Attendance Filter Shows users who are present or absent.
