Cloudica™ allows remote users to post Status Messages through the Desktop App and the Application Dashboard to share what tasks or assignments they’re currently working on. These updates help team leads and managers stay in sync with their teams at a glance.
Here’s how you can view a user’s Status Messages in two simple ways:
Option 1: View Status Messages in Last Activity
Click on a User Data Box to open their Last Activity panel.
The Status Messages are displayed below the snapshot feed.
Status Messages are visible by default when you open Last Activity.
Click the (–) icon to collapse the messages.
Click the (+) icon to expand and view them again.
