How to View a User’s Status Messages

Cloudica™ allows remote users to post Status Messages through the Desktop App and the Application Dashboard to share what tasks or assignments they’re currently working on. These updates help team leads and managers stay in sync with their teams at a glance.   • Open the Virtual Workspace
  • Click on a User Data Box to open their Last Activity panel. 
  • The Status Messages  are displayed below the snapshot feed.
Status Messages are visible by default when you open Last Activity.
  • Click the (–) icon to collapse the messages. 
  • Click the (+) icon to expand and view them again.

  • Hover over the icon to preview the Status Message. 
  • Or click the icon to scroll directly to the detailed message section.

  • Search Bar: Type a user’s name to filter instantly.
  • Team Filter: Narrow the display to specific teams.
  • Sorting Tool: Organize users by activity or time logs.
  • Date Picker: Select previous dates to view earlier Status Messages.
